Attention all Seniors: each year over forty local scholarships are awarded to Glenbard East Seniors who are planning to further their education. Last year over $50,000 was awarded to Glenbard East Seniors. You will find information about the application process and the application on our on our by clicking Students, then School Counseling, then Scholarships & Financial Aid. The application is due the evening of February 3rd. Good luck! Additionally, the Glenbard East Scholarship List for scholarship information that is sent to Glenbard East. Scholarship search engines and financial aid resources are included also.
AFRICAN AMERICAN READ IN – Announcement: In celebration of Black History Month, the Black Student Union (BSU) is hosting our annual African-American Read In: “The Things Black People Say” event on Thursday, February 6th at 3:00 p.m. in the Glenbard East Library. We want you to help us honor African-American voices. See below for the instructions on how to get involved!
Best Buddies: Grab some merch to support Best Buddies and inclusion at Glenbard East! Shirt and Sweatshirts are available! The form and money are due to Ms. Erica Slusher (Rm. 172) by Friday, 1/31. BOYS VOLLEYBALL – Boys volleyball season is right around the corner! Open gyms begin on January 14th. for our open gym schedule. Tryouts will be on March 10th and 11th (Freshman 330-530, Sophomore/Jr/Sr 530-8). Email Coach Cardott @ [email protected] with any questions.

SING!! (No experience necessary) Our first ever community sing will take place FRIDAY, January 24 starting at 7pm. This is a fundraiser for the Glenbard East Fine Arts Boosters. Students are $20 which includes a dessert and a beverage. Adult tickets are $30. All ages are invited! In 90 minutes you will learn 2 popular songs in harmony led by Mr. Catt. We will fill Biester Auditorium with SONG!! Buy tickets. Email [email protected] with any questions.
STRIVE: Get help staying caught up with your workload. Come to STRIVE after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Room 251 (across from the cafeteria) to work with STRIVE teachers.
